My experience was awesome! The entire staff was incredible! I have never had a better hair cut in my life. The owner went out of her way to make me feel special. I received a complimentary scalp massage with my hair appointment, and my time in the Spa was just what I needed! The place is beautiful, and very clean. The atmosphere is soothing, relaxing, and very beautiful. The best part for me is they honored a Gift Certificate that was long since expired, and was purchased by my husband from the former owners over 2 years ago. I know that they didn't need to do that, but they did. I can't speak highly enough about their level of professionalism, and their willingness to be accommodating. THEY ROCK!

I was really excited to try this place, unfortantely I guess I was wrong. I came in because I had a gift card from feb.2009 and although I was told on the phone that the new owners were excepting them because the gift card was sold under their ownership, (they hadn't gotten the new ones in with their name, at the time). i showed up got a full spa day and my hair done. then when I went to check out they told me it wasn't good any more and the new owners refused to except it! I had a gift card that was worth 350 dollars, but they made me pay. They don't know how to run a business, and I found out I wasn't the first. I would never go back!

It was one of the most refreshing experience. The staff was very qualified, professional, a warming atmosphere. I have been telling to all of my friends to give it a try.
